Lumene Group on suomalainen, Espoossa päämajaansa pitävä kosmetiikka- ja kauneusalan yhtiö. Lääketehdas Orion perusti sen vuonna 1948 Noiro Oy -nimisenä. Groupin liiketoiminta-alueita ovat Lumene Cosmetics, hiusten hoitoon erikoistunut Cutrin sekä Farmos. Sillä on tytäryhtiötoimintaa Virossa, Latviassa, Yhdysvalloissa ja Venäjällä, joka on myös yhtiön tärkein vientimaa. Suomessa Lumene on kosmetiikassa markkinajohtaja. Vuonna 2005 yhtiön liikevaihto oli 136,1 miljoonaa euroa, ja se työllisti noin 1000 henkilöä. Sen toimitusjohtajana toimii Tapio Pajaharju, ja hallituksen puheenjohtajana Jussi Länsiö. Yhtiön suurimmat omistajat ovat CapMan ja Langholm Capital LLP. Lumene on saanut nimensä Kuhmoisten Lummene-lähteestä. Lumenen tunnuslause on: "Secret of nordic beauty".
