The SUNDL company based on international experience with the know-how of the local market wants to provide excellent JIT logistics services of both international and domestic transport, customs declaration and storing, custom made for particular customer needs. Linked to our mother company we are also able to provide these services outside the Slovak republic.
The SUNDL company intends to focus on mainly suppliers in car industry, but also serve the customers of other industries. On 7.1.2002 came into existence the S & L as incor-porated company, Ltd at the district court Bratislava 1. Partners of the newly established company became Wecktrans, Ltd seated in Kirchberg (Germany) with 80% majority ownership and Ivan Virág – with 20% share.
