Wilson Bowden Developments Limited: undertakes retail, leisure, industrial and office development projects Turnover for the year ended 31 December 2004 was £1,282.3 million. Profits were £257.8 million before tax and £176.6 million after tax. In February 2007 Barratt Developments made an offer for Wilson Bowden for consideration which values the business at circa £2.2bn. The transaction was completed on 26 April 2007.
